Both the Pierre and Stanley County School Systems have provided calendars with their days of in-service, half-days and full no school days. Those calendars are available on their websites. However, below is a list of days where the Club will be open on those half or full closure days:

BGCCA HOURS- 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

BGCCA Annual Membership for children ages 5 to 18 includes:

Pierre School Year:  August 19, 2025 – May 19, 2026
Stanley County School Year:  August 25, 2025 – May 21, 2026

• After School Program: Monday- Friday 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
• Summer Program: Monday- Friday 12:45 p.m.- 5:15 p.m.
• Summer Program 2026- Dates to be Determined. Children 5 years old and going into kindergarten in the upcoming school year can become Club members at the Beginning of the Summer Program. We accept Early Kindergarteners, but we DO NOT accept Junior Kindergartners as they only attend school for half a day, similar to preschool programming.

BGCCA “Extended Service Hours”

• Early Release from School- Club is open 12:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
  $5 FEE per day per member to attend.
• No School/Vacation Days- Club is open 7:45 a.m.- 5:15 p.m.
  $20 fee per day.

We accept credit cards and checks- Must be exact amount.

• WE ARE CASHLESS
• Parents/Guardian must complete registration paperwork with payment.
• NO CREDITS AND NO REFUNDS for non-attendance or for leaving early.
• Lunch is not provided on No School/Vacation Days. Members must bring sack lunches.
